Monitor lamp

Looking at the Quantis monitor lamp on Amazon and wonder if anyone has other suggestions/recommendations? I have limited space on my desk and plan to put the monitor on a wall mount, leaving little space at the back. Monitor lamps seem to have a clamp/counterbalance at the rear and so want this to be as close to the monitor back as possible. Also, I'm using an old Logitech Quickcam on top of the monitor and would like to be able to squeeze that in alongside the lamp mount (doesn't matter if the camera is a bit off centre). I guess I can just order and try...

Why not just mount the light on the wall as well, or the ceiling above the desk?

For a wall mount setup that's likely to work better anyway as I'd imagine that sort of monitor lamp won't do much to illuminate the wall around the monitor.
