Have you actually got your A100 connected to your wifi?
I got one of these from ebay this week, connected it to my wifi by plugging in my iphone, and clicking share settings.
The A100's webpage was on 192.168.0.114 for me after setting up the wifi (although you can check what yours is on your routers webpage to be sure for yours). The webpage came up and the firmware installed from the webpage with no problems.
Its far more stable after the update though and sounds great.
