Yup, I'd recommend Peter Tyson too. Good prices on MA, good service, and happy to take the VAT off for the CI (or at least they were last time I enquired).

If you're not having much luck with people delivering to the CI, remember there's always Ship2me and other carriers where you can get stuff delivered to their UK hub.
