Anyone ever flipped and flung your phone? I did today after I saw a bit of red mist, first time I've ever done that, was having a bad day and ended up slamming it down on the kitchen floor tiles in anger, d'oh  what an idiot, it's wrecked, I regretted it straight away, I'll be about £50-60 out of pocket initially, luckily I've only about 2 months left to run so will have to pay that to pay my contract up to upgrade early, plus I'll lose out on selling my old phone which could have been up to £100 Let's hope I never put my foot through my telly

I've snapped a few phones in half when I've been raging, hence having a crap phone now.

Well your only Human. Better to lose it rarely and smash your phone than to loose it regularly and smash someone's face. Don't beat yourself up over it.

Yeah, done the same thing some years ago. Though it was my mrs' phone not mine (I was paying for it anyway). Threw it at the kitchen wall, which not only broke the phone to pieces, but also left a hole in the wall. It was quite an expensive mistake, hence I never done it since.

Never. Even when I played Call Of Duty a hell of a lot and lost my rag on occasion I only ever slammed the controller into the bed or a pillow.

I'm way too tight to break things in anger.

I've done it too, i slammed my phone against my knee, broke the screen and got a big bruise on my knee. Slammed my laptop lid closed in frustration too, only to instantly regret that.

Never done a phone but did smash my laptop, slammed down the lid and wrecked it. I'm not sure what goes through our heads in those moments but it isn't clever!

Once. I snapped my Nokia N95 a few years back.

That's probably about all I've broken. I've thrown a whole load of golf clubs, but they usually have a soft landing.

I used to do the same, always make sure you fling your controller at the sofa when in a rage.

Sadly I broke 2 of the damn things when they bounced off the sofa onto the floor.

Also launched a tennis racket at the ground when I was about 10, only for it to rebound off the ground and hit me in the face. Still bear the scar...

A combination of things, I'm full of man flu and had taken the day of work for the footy to find it was called off. Then the Mrs talked me into stripping wallpaper, great I thought, 2 hrs into that my neck and back was aching, the steamer was playing up, I broke the plastic bit on the end of the curtain rail by accident, I was having a bad day.

Then she kept calling me to ask what wallpaper she should get but I couldn't hear her, don't know if it was a fault or what but it used to do it quite a bit. 3 times she called and there was no sound so I lost the plot and threw it.

Going to phone EE up and sort out a new one shortly.

My phone was too expensive to break :) but I've broken two or three squash racquets in the past. I stopped doing that because it was a bit daft, really.

Lost the plot (among other times) with a lawnmower once..Those silly little plastic blades kept popping out, and I was not in the mood for gardening. So after the 15th time of loosing a blade I grabbed the handle and launched it to the end of the garden where it stayed for quite sometime....
The last time I totally lost my temper was at IKEA, I won't go into the finer details but I was overcome with a rage that worried me a little :(

Wasn't it John Macenroe who once said "You can't be serious" and smashed his Tennis racquet up ?
