Does anyone know where I can get a sample model release form.

First shoot this weekend and I would like to have something in place to protect myself and the model. THis is for non commercial work but I would still feel safe having an agreement on paper in a semi-offical form.

    Many thanks

Great, one covered by British law which is what I was looking for. A lot on the internet are done by US companies and I would hate to use one of them and then find out that they are not worth anything in the UK.

I will have to change it a little as it is more a non-release form I am after to give the model some security that the pictures are not going to end up all over the internet or in magazines. The only usage I can imagine would be in a portfolio for myself in printed form and stored for non public consumption.

    Regards

Possibly although I believe most would be frowned upon as my subject is generally arty nudes (yes the missing 't' in the first word was deliberate  ). Considering the reaction to the 'noisey picture' post and she had all her clothes on  .

I am sure there will be one or two portrait shots which I will consider posting and I should include a clause stating that non-nude shots may be posted for critique.

    Thanks for the reminder :smashin:
