Hi Guys, Just moved house to what feels like the back of beyond technology wise - granted I knew this, but my plan has hit a brick wall. The background: Broadband and/or fibre max data is 0.5mbs 4G via EE is c. 30mbs I have a Vodafone work and personal phone Vodafone signal is poor and struggles with voice calls Initial plan: 4G Router (TP Link MR200 - purchased) with an EE SIM card Use Vodafone Sure Signal to provide enhanced coverage for mobiles All sounds great, the problem is EE 4G doesnt allow open ports / forwarding - so the Sure Signal device wont work I therefore need a new solution... if anyone can make the above work - please please say! Alternatively, has anyone had any experience with mobile phone booster, such as below: Mobile Signal Booster for Voice & 4G(Power Line) | 300 sq.m. | UK The key here is to get Vodafone signal for the mobile phones, secondary benefit is to use the external antenna to provide a better signal for the EE 4G router (TP Link - MR200) Someone else must have been through this! Look forward to hearing back Dan.
