    Right

I had a nokia 8850 which i loved but it is now broken :( theres no point getting it fixed as it would still have no warranty etc.

I was looking at getting a 8910i but have pretty much decided that its not worth the money as it doesnt really do anything. Then started looking at a 7250 but im no fan of the snap on covers and dont really like the buttons.

But i have also noticed that there is a 6220 coming.

    Anyone have any opinions?

    Thanks in advance

I switched to Siemens a year and a half ago... I previously liked Nokias a lot. Then I had my 6210 which was the most unstable useles piece of rubbish I'd ever used... after 5 replacements and numerous software upgrades I vowed not to go near them again.

I bought a Siemens SL42 which was an absolute gem... I now have an S55 which also never crashes, has an excellent customisable UI and has clear calls without any RF buzz (caused by poor internal shielding on Nokias). I feel that Nokia became complacent and as a result their QC has gone down the pan.

The only feature (which I don't miss anymore) that Siemens for some reason have omitted is a timestamp on dialled calls (it is there for missed and received ones).

Anyway I highly recommend you check one out!

sony ericsson should are releasing a new range look quite good i'll be tempted by the top model t610 i think but theres two below that do slightly less t100 and t310 if i remember rightly. i must admit there not the most flattering phones in the world

wise idea about not paying for the 8910 i do think it's a bit expensive. the v200 seems a good phone, the panasonic gd 87 quite good and is better than the gx10.

the 3G phones seem quite cabable but a little cumbersome but there tariffs are good as long as you've got the 3g signal otherwise you've got to pay the o2 call cost.

to be honest i dont think theres a great deal that seperates most phones now adays except for the odd feature, unless theres one features that you particularly want or need or you know one phone has some reliablity problems it comes down to what you like the look of
