Hi guys
I currently have one MK SB-1250 .. SB-1250 » M&K Sound and have a chance to buy a MK VX-1250 which is essentially the same sub.

Would this be a good move would it add to my system ?

Also how do I connect them together ? My amp has 2 sub outs but they are only internally connected, can I run a sub cable from the amp which will be in another room to one sub line input then run another sub cable from that sub line output to the 2nd sub ?

The layout of the room lends itself to the subs being at the front in opposite corners but is there a advantage to stacking the subs or having them side by side ?

If you have a chance to add a second one, and it's reasonably priced, go for it!

And yes, your wiring description will be fine - single cable from receiver to sub 1, output from sub1 to input of sub2.
