Sub turned up today very disappointed not what I asked for at all it’s the older model being the M&K MX350 MK2 not the MK MX350 MK2 that I advertised as wanted condition is not at all as described with 3 lugs broken on the grill and fraying on the corners and what looks like a glue mark as well not prestigious condition as advertised to me these older models do not fetch this kind of money! Contacted the guy who i bought it from not willing to help out at all mods please help accordingly

 

I am in contact with the mods about this matter.

I've read through the thread and the report information. I've also been invited into the private conversation between the pair of you. I have to say, there isn't a great deal of information to go on so, can you both enlighten me as to exactly what has happened in this trade?

On seeing the Wanted ad I informed the buyer that I had a 350Mx mk2 sub. We agreed a price of £500 on the basis that he was happy to collect it - see above - he would then have been able to inspect before purchase.

He initially arranged to collect it on 7th August but then called me back and asked for the arrangement to be changed. He arranged for a courier to pick it up.

He is now saying it’s not the item he wanted (seems he wanted a later version). He is also claiming lugs are broken. Nothing was broken when I packed it up for him.

In hindsight my mistake was not insisting the item was collected by him in person as he originally agreed.

He could then have inpected it prior to purchase.

To resolve this......if the buyer gets the unit delivered back to me I will refund his money.
