MJ Acoustics REF-100 looks to be the ideal sub for my 2nd room system.

Does anyone know anywhere onlin with great offers on this sub?

    Cheers,

    Mark.

Try e-mailing Audio T. They (Oxford branch) quoted me a good price when I was in the market for one.

Audio Vision online do it for 348(paint) and 398(wood).
Don't know if that's a good price though?Although they do interest free.

£400 for the wood finish is rrp if I remember correctly.

got mine at last years WHF Bristol Show with 20% off - it's not long 'til that happens again. Everything was 10% off for the duration.

To get the discount you don't actually have to go to the show just go into Audio-T or Audio excellence and say you saw BLAH at the show but had wanted time to have a think and ask for the discount.

Details http://www.bristolshow.co.uk/ . Any discounts / special offers will appear a week or two before the event.

BTW most dealers will do a ref 100 in wood for about £350 if you haggle.

Purchased both my Ref 100s in a light oak finish from SevenOakes, Swiss Cottage for £350 each. Ring around and haggle.

    Good luck

It could be worthwhile haggling local dealers; I got mine (black paint finish) for £320 from "the Audio File" in Cambridge. I probably could've got it down more too, but I'm saving the extreme haggling for when I go for the Q5s I have my eye on ;)

The sub is a nice little piece of kit - I have it as part of my main system for now and watching The Hulk last night was quite impressive. The build quality is very good also.
