Watched this last night and i'm sure i've found a mistake in it. Just after other peoples views on this one.

When Somerset re-enters the house of the first victim, after finding the plastic bits in his stomach he uses a knife to cut through a 'sealed off' sticker which holds the door shut. In the film, he cuts this from the outside ie you only see the blade of the knife cutting through the sticker from the other side of the door.

Then he enters the room and there are no more doors in it.

So, how did the Police get the sticker to stick on the inside

Thinking about it seriously though, possibly there was a back door in the house? Or did it state in the film that the front door was the only way in? I haven't seen it in a while.

The police officer who sealed the door used the same technique that Andy Dufresne did to stick down the poster once he was inside the tunnel, at the end of The Shawshank Redemption.

There may well have been a back door i suppose, but the fact that he enters the house in, what i think, is the same door initially suggests that that is the main door to the house.

I dunno, just thinking aloud, have a look, see what you think
