I've just purchased the denon avr3801 and am looking to buy some av speakers, as my budget is about £400-£500 I was looking at either the tannoy MX series or the mission M70 series, my room is quite big but the fronts will have to be 1-2ft near the TV so they need to shielded and I don't think i'd be allowed floorstanders. Could I include a sub into my budget or will I need extra cash for this and is it really necessary?
I would be very grateful for all your reply's.

Actually, just noticed that the Denon SCAV-F100 NXT speakers package which is very similar to the FS2 (the speakers are designed and built by Mission) is going for £399.99 at www.hifibitz.co.uk.
