Mission - great service! Made me happy!

I just had my 77DS speakers returned from Mission - I wanted to replace the fabric covers because the old ones were damaged.

Not only they replaced them, they replaced the back panels too at their expense (because the old ones didnt fit the newer covers). So now the speakers look and feel brand new.
and they are in WHITE. The charge for the front covers wasnt that much either i think, especially given they are white.

Great speakers, and the company provides a GREAT service. I am very impressed. They were polite, helpful and they knew what they were doing! In the future i'd buy Mission speakers again, knowing there is support in case you need it.

Other companies in UK i think should learn from Mission (yes that includes you Richer Sounds!)

Graham at Mission was superb to me I ad my sub repaired and it came back as good as new very very impressed THUMBS UP to Mission

when i was a sales rep mission used to be one of my customers, i always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful,interestingly (or not)meridian (sp) are dead oppostite them (about 15 mtrs away) and TAG are just behind them (about 150 mtrs)

Just out of interest how much were they?

the covers cost about £13.40 each inc vat and delivery. I think its a good price, because if you have a damaged one, u'd be best replacing it with an original.
