Can someone please supply some advice?

I have just taken delivery of a new Sony KV28DX40 which after tuning is only giving me the freeview channels from 3 of the 6 multipexes available form my local transmitter (Sudbury, Suffolk).

I have tried manual tuning to no avail.

Do I need a new wideband aerial? I am currently using a Hi-Gain loft aerial which is giving me an excellent picture with no breakup at all on all of the channels that I am currently getting.

Any help or advice very much appreciated.

    Cheers
    Rob

As to wideband I'll let a local comment but you may need one!

Loo up the channel numbers on internet, check with bung colour on the aerial and see if in group.

    Hi

I recommend putting the aerial outside.
