I am kicking myself I missed out on a good deal with av sales . There panny TH-42PWD6 was a great price now they have all gone. The thing is I only have a budget of £ 1750ish and that plasma and wall mount was a snap at the price with the js scart to vga box and a vga lead and master scart controller .
Does anybody know of any other good plasma's now as the new one they have Panasonic TH-42PWD7 and all the accessories I will need will be right out of my budget .

    AV-Sales PWD7 Offer

Edit: why I didn't read the last bit of your post, I don't know but you might want to contact them and see if they can "do a deal" for the accessories you're after. Mention you are a member of these forums, can't do any harm (can it Alistair??).

so that not a bad price , does anybody know if the panny boards will fit this screen ?
Just that richer sounds wanted to sell me 1 scart board for £ 150 and i know that i can get a scart board from av sales for about £ 120ish pounds so thats a saving of 30 squids . If this is a copy of the panny 6 i should be able to use the rgb to vga box as well .

PWD is commercial (black) and PW7 is consumer (silver)

If you do a search on these forums there are links to other places that have the PW7 within your price range.

Otherwise wait a while and they will soon generally be sold at that price.

Don't get knickers in a twist about PWD6 screens, there are loads available, all the distibutors are begging us retailers to buy them.

That looks like a great deal if you get 2 video cables and JS Labs Convertor - Makes a change to get a worthwhile freeby that most people on here would buy anyway.
