Anyone remember that 'mirror' TV in the bathroom last year? Would it be possible to do the same with a plasma in the lounge?

So that when its switched off, you get a nice large, landscape mirror over the fireplace, and when its switched on, you see the plasma picture?

    It should indeed be acheiveable.

I'm expecting to see a housing for a 42" plasma around CEDIA Uk this year, designed for wet environments.

If you give me a shout nearer the show (June) I'll see what I can find out for you.

Can't find what I was looking for but it's basically exactly as it sounds - a TFT panel that becomes a mirror when you turn it off! We do 6" and up for bathrooms, clubs etc, 30" 16:9 for large advertising and home use, and various in between! Usually works out about 5 grand or so for the 30"....

Ditto. We distribute the Aquavision waterproof TV's at work (Bathroom, Kitchen, Towelrail and plasma housings and glass).

It's becoming very popular the mirror glass now.
