I'd be more inclined to go with 3x Min22's for the front and 2x Min12's for the rear to balance your front soundstage.
You could also add another pair of Min12's for Atmos duties or use your current Pioneers if you can mount them.
Just because you've changed the sub there's no need to change the rest of the kit and furthermore, it doesn't have to be the same brand or range, but I would think the CA Minx would be a decent upgrade over what you have, so would many other satellite systems though.
As MrTea34 has pointed out when changing speakers you'd normally match the front 3 from one brand and range and then the rear pair again as a set and the sub from anyone. So you could have speakers from 3 different manufacturers. Not everyone does this but you only really need to match speakers in pairs (or 3's for your front)
If I was you I'd first of all get a demo of the CA Minx to see if you're impressed enough and try to set up a demo of some other similar speakers such as QAcoutics 7000i, Monitor Audio Mass, Focal Sib Evo (if you're wanting to try Atmos these have it built into the front speakers) and I'm sure there are a few others.
Also, you could just buy the front 3 to start off with and use your Pioneers for rears and again Atmos duties if you're keen to try and buy more speakers if you feel they'd be beneficial.
