Anyone know of a way to recover audio from an MD which was accidentally not allowed to write its TOC information after recording. i.e. the MD player thinks the disc is blank even though it has 2hrs worth of live music on there. I'm gutted. There are companies which offer a recovery service but it's so expensive.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever I've had TOC errors on my minidisk recorders it's been terminal I'm afraid, but to be honest I've just accepted it and wiped the disk without looking to see if there is a solution.

Yup. I'm afraid it's toast. A real 24-carat bugger when it happens. Without specially hacked data MD writers and manual reconstruction of the TOC (which is what I'm lead to believe what those expensive companies do) it's not going to come back.
