    Hi All,
Just finished moving house and sorting out what's going where - I have a pair of MA Radius 90's (old rears from AV setup) left over and a kitchen with no music.
Have more or less settled on the Denon DM37 but only just thought to ask if they are a good match - just assumed they would be  - any comments would be welcome before I go and blow best part of £200.
    Cheers

Whether the MA's will suit the DM37 is down to your ears.

I'd probably go with something like the Tannoy Mercury F1 Custom or Q Acoustics 1020i.

The DM37 is a great little unit and deserves decent speakers. :smashin:

The thing is I already have the Monitor Audio's - seems daft buying another set of speakers. I know it's down to personal taste but wanted to check that MA's with a Denon source isn't a known no-no (too bright/too flat etc)
    Cheers

Obviously not "high-end" enough to warrant any assistance from the "guru's"
too busy hand-wringing over the latest power cable or interconnect to help joe normal with a simple yes/no answer.

The problem is that I doubt if any one has heard the MA's on the end of a DM37.

For a start the Radius is really a home cinema speaker, so although it will work I doubt it will sound as good as a dedicated hi-fi alternative.

Secondly MA aren't that popular in the audiophile community. The models I've heard, have tended towards the bright and even shrill.

Sell the MA's, they seem to fetch a good price on ebay and buy some proper speakers. :D
