Mini glitch with downloaded content

Hi have Sky Q with 2 mini's - both connected via Wifi. Sky Internet (900Mb Gigafast) and latest Sky router.
Every night we settle down to watch TV on one of the mini's (the other mini never gets used). We can watch live TV no problem (so the mini must be connected to the Sky Q box as it getting the stream).
The problem comes whenever we want to watch some downloaded content - We always get a "content not available" error. The only solution (everytime) is to turn the main Sky Q box off and the do the same with the mini so they both get a power cycle reboot and handshake a new connection again.
It's getting really annoying - Any advice would be much appreciated before I phone Sky.

(It happens every evening)

Change your wifi to 2.4ghz as you might be on 5ghz.

Or failing that get a mesh system the Decco x20 is brilliant and worth every penny.
