Mini-DIN 9 Pin SCART connections

Novice Member

I have an IPV5001 decoder from Cisco which has a Mini-DIN 9-Pin SCART connection in the back.

Does anyone has the PIN configuration of this connection ?

I have tried a cable from Mini-Din 9 Pin Scart to SCART Euroconnector Peritel from Xoro to connect it to the AV2/L1 Input of Pioneer DVR-RT602H-S recorder, but it is not working.

Another option would be to split the HDMI output, which is used for the TV and use it also for the DVD recorder DVR-RT602H-S and use here a HDMI to SCART Euroconnector Peritel converter, but I'm not sure that would work. I have no experience in conversion of HDMI digital signals to Analog video signals.

Thanks for you help

MiniDin to SCART - not a common/standard cable and you would have to ensure it was wired in the correct direction to get video out of the Source.

Have you tried contacting CISCO to see if they stock the required cable or can provide the pin configuration?
