Does anyone know how many people can play in the multiplayer game (with just one console, not LIVE and not system linked)? Is the screen split a maximum of 2 or 4 ways?

    Thanks

Likewise can some one tell me whether system link supports split screen (like Halo), so that two Xboxes can support 8 players. Also am I right to presume there is no traffic when doing this, and if so how does this affect the experience.

    Ta.

    Hencole,

I managed to find out half the answer - I'm now quite sure the screen only gets split 2 ways, so two xboxes linked up would only be capable of a maximum of 4 players. Still pretty fun, i imagine.

Damn - just found this article.

Looks as though two xboxes linked together only gives you 2 players on Midtown Madness (one per xbox). I can't quite see the point of that, in what sort of situation will there be enough xboxes and tellys all system linked up to make it worth it?

I hope the Crimson Skies system link is a bit more like Halo (2 xboxes = 8 players).
