Middle Speaker Placement for SP50L7HX

Where do you guys have your middle speaker?

Mines is on top of my side stand, but it is annoying as i can hear its not in the centre.

Any idea how i can get my speaker right in front of my tv?

Im using a Sony home cinema system btw.

The middle speaker doesnt have a hole for a speaker stand on it

Any advice is welcome.

Simple. Put a shelf above your tv and rest your centre speaker on that.

I have always meant to do that, but have left it standing on the glass stand at the bottom, and it works fine. Having it on center seems to matter more than the height.

I have my centre speaker on it's side (i.e. longest side upward) on the glass base, it is slightly toed in to make it more central.
