Waiting for someone to complain that someone buying camos ruins THEIR game and sense of accomplishment.

No shortcuts so that's good at least.

Knew Nuketown would become free eventually although I did think that it would be added into a map pack.

As the transactions don't benefit one player over another then they can do what they want with them. It's now just down to a fool and his money.

If you remember back several people here got butthurt about "hackers" having emblems, camos and prestige icons without earning them (you know things that don't matter). Now you can buy camos and its ok? -_-

I had the same feeling, which is why I told my code.. Glad I did now.

The pre-order model was useless.. Only a small % of people had the map, and they took it out of public play.. Whats the point.. I know that the pre-order people will be miffed.. But what would they rather.. A map that they can only play in non-public matches? Or something that they can now play as/when they want (Assuming that its put into the playlists now)

I read it as you just buy camo packs. Similar to bf letting people buy unlocks for things to "catch up".

Well there's a big difference in buying every unlock and every weapon than there is buying a camo for a weapon.

Well yes. I was just saying similar to bf3 in that you pay to unlock what's already there just previously earned.

Oh sorry yeah. I'm thinking that the camo's may be something totally new that aren't unlockable. But we'll see I suppose. If it is it kind of takes away from the challenge of getting them but overall it doesn't effect the gameplay for others.

Maybe you can buy copters and CP that aren't affected by Black Hats.

    Bonus!

Honestly it'd be hilarious if they sold diamond camos and everyone that spent all that time unlocking it would be mad!

Oh, speaking literally. I thought you meant equipment as in encompassing all the guns/launchers/specials

I might get the extra classes!

I bought the unlock packs in BF3 as everyone had tank unlocks by the time I started playing and so in one on one tank battles I'd no thermal etc so I felt I needed it as you'd get destroyed in a tank battle with some who had guided shells etc when you just started out.

    Don't see the problem.

If they introduced guns that you could ONLY get by buying ; then that would be bad.

I wonder if we will get Nuketown this week.. It was announced the day before it was released on the Xbox, so I don't know if we are going to get advance notice.

It was released on the 13th March, so in theory we should get it this or next week..

Why grasping at straws?.. Ever since COD4, there has been a 4-5 week delay between ALL DLC on the 360 and the PS3.

Nuketown 2025 came out on the 13th March (with no warning I might add), so it stands to reason that we SHOULD get it soon.

I would expect it to happen on a Wednesday when PSN store updates, so this means tomorrow (10th) or next week (17th).

Nothing is guaranteed, but it should follow the standard DLC model.

Think it's 30 days minimum so most likely the 17th.

Nuketown came free with most of the games on release in November.
6 months after people going for Camo's they release bacon - I mean really do they think we are 10 year old kids ?

    Apparently so.....

Mind they are probably aiming some at it at the under 18's that aren't even meant to play the game

They are just milking the cow for all they can now.

It was included... But you could only play it in public lobbies for a few weeks.. This is why i never redeemed my code and sold it in the end as i had no wish to play itin private matches.

When its released ow to all, it will finally be of value, rather eing available to select few to play privatly.

Its been in the rotation for months, they did a u-turn after all the uproar and put it back in a playlist.
