Answered Microsoft Store - transfering Saves to new tablet?

Is it possible to transfer saved games\game states from one Windows 10 tablet to another?

Or do I loose my saves when I change my tablet?

This is for games with no built in backup function, and no cloud save function.

Saves will be in here somewhere i think, my wordament save and other ms store apps and stuff is in there. Will have to check the "hidden items" box in the "view" tab in the window so appdata is shown.
