I must admit that this is one subject I am not familiar with. I've never been into instant messaging and the likes, except for in a corporate environment with communications server etc....

Anyhow, we've got some close family emigrating to Australia who I know use messenger a lot and have it with a WebCam on their PC.....

Now we've got a nice 43 inch plasma and good looking MCE box in the living room and I noticed that MCE has messenger integration....

Does that mean I would be able to do a video conference via our MCE machine in the lounge using the 10 foot interface?

And if so, could someone recommend me a very good WebCam that is black like my Pioneer and can be mounted in the living room...Probably one that is pretty good in low light conditions? Do they have one like the Picturetel equipment I am used to which focuses on the person who is talking and automatically zooms etc.....

I look forward to some feedback....
