Mental question

Hi, I'm aware that this sounds mental.....
A friend of mine sprayed quite a lot of deodorant in my sitting room with my Sony 40V3000 in. It wasn't aimed at the TV but was a metre or two away from it, could this damage the TV at all?
Think I am being over paranoid but the picture seems a little washed out in parts, could be me imagining it.

might just need to wipe the screen doubt it would affect the internals unless directly sprayed through vents.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I expect you're right, just can't help thinking the picture doesn't look quite right, even if some got on the screen that wouldn't affect the sharpness of the HD picture would it?

No effect to the internal workings of the set, give the screen a clean though.

:)

Thanks, given the screen a wipe with a microfibre cloth.
Wouldn't affect it the picture quality if some had got in the vents at all?

No. No it would not.

The fact that you think the original question was a bit mental shows that you know the answer already.

You are making yourself think something is wrong with the picture.
