The females in my house have just (in no uncertain and forceful terms) told me that they think its ok for men to wear make up. why i have no problem with men who do, i wouldn't.

what are your thoughts on it?

Not sure the women who told you that are a representative sample, suggest you canvass a few more womens opinions before you go to boots!

I bet quite a few women would take the pee pee out of men for wearing any kind of make up rpoduct (I get laughed at by a few where I work for using moisturiser  ).

There does seem to be more and more male oriented 'beauty products' in Boots lately though so someone must be buying the stuff

I use moisturiser each day, especially after a shave, but wouldn't really consider that make up. If that's the case, then so is sun block, and after sun lotions.

The Manic Street Preachers had it right those years ago. If your going to wear it, do it to extremes!

I occasionally wore make in the past, especially when I was going through some alternative stages. Used to love going out all in black, with a white tie and great big massive side burns and a jet black quiff and white shoes.

Then the Killers stole my look :)

Sorry no, its wrong. It would drive me nuts to have to compete for the mirror in the bathroom for makeup as well as the shower, sink, toilet etc for everything else....:D

Moisturiser no probs. Eyeliner and blusher, no. Its like women with sideburns. Somethings don't cross the divide.

And no comments about my avatar ok

TV is a bit different as it makes a difference to how you look on camera. Waxing, Lipo, Manicures - all ok if thats what people want. I suppose I consider makeup to be eye shadow, mascara, blusher and a bit of lippy :D
Yeah...and a bit of make up won't change that!! Paper bag time

So it's to be the "it's not me, it's my friend, approach" is it. Why not just admit it as you will get caught out if you go to one of these forum meets anyway :rotfl:

Real men don't ever wear make up.

They grow stubble, drinks pints and gorge on pies.

How can make up even come into it???????
