Question is are you trying to overclock?

If you are I would think you would achieve cas2 7-2-2-2 or even 6-2-2-2. To be honest all systems arent equal so the only way to really find out is lower them gently and stress test by playing a game or do as I do and run 3dmark 3 or 4 times.

If you want just plain stable then CAS2 8-3-3-3
