I've had it for a while and its only ever worked properly once so i decided to try and sort it out. On windows media player it says that the music is on my mp3 player but on the mp3 player it says there are no files. It happened when i accidentaly pulled the lead out of the computer without clicking the safely remove hardware icon, but i fixed the problem before and now the music is gone from it and whenever i delete all the files that are supposedly on it and put more on, it does the same.

A couple of things you might try:-
    1) Reset the MP3 player, there is usually somewhere in the manual that describes this process.
    2) Have a look on the medion website to see if this is a known problem - it may be that there are updated drivers for it.
