I have not tried recording to 4x media but I have played 4x
media on the player with stuff I had autored on my PC.
It should record to 4x ok though.
If you look on page 62 of the manual it states that you can use 4x media for High speed copying.
    Regards

I brought my 5100 from Multigregionmagic for £629 - R2 only - they now have the Multiregion one for £659 but no stock at the moment.
I believe Techtronics are doing it for £599 and Avland for £699.
I have used Multiregionmagic quite a lot but I have never used their mail order service as I live in Cambs and go directly to their shop.
    Regards

The trouble living in Dundee is that I always have to order through the internet to get a good deal. I have used Avland before and they were very good but as you say they are £100 dearer than Techtronics. I don’t mind paying a little extra if a company gives good service. Thanks for your help.

Yes the Superfi price is good but they do not have any in stock.I will probably get it from Techtronics or Superfi when they get them in stock.
