Media Centre PC Optical and HDMI Sound

Hi,
My MPC is a Micro-sized Foxcomm PC with DVI, HDMI and Optical sound outputs.

All working fine using Kodi for my Music and Films.

The problem is that I need to have the sound coming out of the Optical and HDMI at the same time, and Windws 10 does not seem to allow this.

At the moment, I have to dig throuh the menus to make the Optical/TOSLINK or HDMI the "Default" sound device, which doesn't make the MPC family-friendly.

Any Windows experts know how do do this?

If not, anyone know of a cheap Optical or Digital Coax-to-HDMI (input) adapter?
