Now I know I picked the theme and I will be honest I am being a bit lazy and not being to creative, I am leaving that to you guys,i have a busy month so just thought I would get a early entry in,.....I say mean and moody in the title and that's because one day this little owlet is going to turn in to one majestic mean little hunter ,a very underestimated BOP and I reckon he was in a mood when I disturbed him and refused to budge, I believe he was more inquisitive than concerned at my presence as I would have been the first human being he as seen ,poor thing , this chap is aprox 28 days old and considering they are born blind and unable to see for a while (forget how long it is) just look at those mesmerising eyes ,what a privilege [IMG]Little owltet waterfoot mean and moody (1 of 1) by dennis greenwood, on Flickr

They have the appearance of being mean and moody. I've barely seen an owl from distance never mind this close. I like how the surrounding tones compliment the owl. Wildlife photography isn't really my thing but I understand and appreciate the skill involved to capture images like this.

Great shot. I'm sure you must have these as pets with the amount of photographs you seem to be able to take of them ;)

I'm not sure if he looks moody to me though, too cute for that ;)
