Star Wars exhibition attracts thousands Thought this was worthy of a thread for anyone's who's interested. It's a free Star Wars exhibition at Leicester Museum, that showcases one serious collector's mass of vintage SW memorabilia. I went yesterday, and for anyone who used to have an interest in the old Palitoy products way back when, or even if you're just a bit of a SW geek, it's well worth a visit. There's some terrific original artwork (some of which I wasn't familiar with at all), are complete sets of carded vintage figures. If like me, you collected the old toys in a big way, it's a must (assuming that you're not making the trip to San Francisco's Rancho Ob-Wan any time soon). High point there - seeing prototype tandem x-wing fighters, tie bombers, and banthas that were never released to shops in the mid 80's as SW was beginning to become a bit old hat... It's there until 28/10/18.
