Maxent LCD Shutting off after 45 minutes

I just bought a 26" Maxent LCD HDTV and after it's been on for about 45 minutes the screen cuts off and sound stop coming out of the speakers. I've tried turning the TV off and back on right after it happens but the screen just stays blank even thought the status LED light is showing that it's on. But wen I leave it off for about 20-30 minutes and turn it back on it works fine again for 45 minutes. Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this? Thanks

have you actevated timed shut down on the remote controll menu,buy mistake.

No there's no timer on or anything. It just shuts off and then I have to wait a while before it'll turn back on. The time when it shuts off and will let me turn it back on varies, 45 minutes is just kind of an average time
