    Are maxell dvd-r anygood with a pansonic e50?
    £14.99 in argos for 25,any cheaper online?

    Only has a pack of 5 Maxell but all worked fine on Panasonic E-85 if that's any help.

    Unfortunately the Maxell brand name does not ensure good quality because they source their discs from several different manufacturers - some good, some bad. When buying discs it is far more helpful to ignore the brand and look at the manufacturer code. Take a look at http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm and all will be clear.
    Generally, you will find much better deals on-line. Try SVP - a great supplier for price and service.

    Morrisons selling Memorex half price at
    moment £8.99 for 25 cant be bad :smashin:

    Yes it can. :) Nearly half the Memorex DVD-Rs I recorded on my Panasonic E75 had errors.
