    Hi,

My setup consists of a Fujitsu D4229E plasma, and a Toshiba SD900E Progressive Scan player.

I know there are issues with patchiness and dark areas on plasma screens but the poor quality of the Matrix has amazed me. On dark scenes the picture is a blotchy green patching colour and seems to resinate and pulse frequently. Is this normal? Im surprised as the image quality was far better on my conventional TV and DVD setup.

Has there been a later release of the Matrix that has addressed this issue?

No such problems with my R4 copy of The Matrix (and I've watched it many times :D)

Do you have a similar set up?

Unfortunately not - my point was merely that there are no problems with the transfer on the disk. :)
