it should be fine but if you want it to be acoustically transparent, i`m referring to your other thread now now have a think about using Maplins speaker cloth

Its speaker fabric i meant onthe other thread, i'm wanting to build something to sit my speakers behind so they cant be seen. is it all pretty much the same?
The blackout material is to cover a frame to make a false wall.

Using Maplins speaker cloth with kill 2 birds for you

it will allow you to cover a false wall which is acoustically transparent, bingo :smashin:

using blackout material which may not be acoustically transparent could ruin it for you
