I would like to know if it is important to match the rear speakers with the fronts/centre speakers.

    Cheers.

Yes, you should do so to maintain tonal balance.

What to do look for in order to find matching pair of speakers? Sensitivity, Wattage or something else?

    Thanks in advance

Just buy speakers of the same make and series.
Differences in sensitivity can be compensated in the setup of the AV amp/receiver (raise or lower volume level).
