Master Boot Record issue.

Distinguished Member
A few months ago I bought a solid state drive, I installed windows 7 on it whilst I had my old primary drive still plugged in!

So on boot it kept giving me the option of which to boot into, so I changed it so it defaulted to the SSD and removed the option screen (set to zero seconds).

When I remove the old primary drive, my pc no longer boots, oops!

What's the best way for me to build the MBR on the SSD drive?

Thanks, Dan

Just pop-in your Windows DVD and select the repair option. It should auto detect the problem and fix it for you.
