Depends really on what you're looking for. They have completely different styles of presentation. I've heard LVs a number of times, and a friend of mine has a pair of MLs.

I love the style of LVs, very dynamic, and similar to what I already use, but without the same ability at the frequency capabilities at the extremes. My view is that they create a very natural and realistic view of the picture, doing a great job of bringing the band into the room.

In comparison, I struggled with the cohesivess of the MLs because of their seperate bass driver. In addition, they're more focused on doing textures well, seemingly at the expense of dynamics. Very good at what they do, but completely different to the LVs.

You really need to go listen to each.
