I'm interested in some power cables from Mark Grant, but would like some first hand experiences.

What cable does he use? Supra?

How much does the cable cost

    Got any pictures?

    Thanks

Hefner, Have a look over at the Power Buys that Mark runs. If you still need more info, drop Mark a pm.
I use one of Marks fig8 power cables on my Sky+. Service, Quality and price are great.

He doesn't sell power cables via the forum but the easiest way to find out how much he charges is to ask him.

    Paul97,

Here is some info that Mark sent me when I was looking for my fig 8 cables.

I make mains leads with figure 8 plugs for sky box, radio cassettes etc, for £25 for 1 metre.
The cable used is a silver plated copper core, insulated with teflon, screened with a silver plated copper braid. Two of the cables are used, one for L+N. Only so cheap because it's just a hobby really, and I bought lots of the cable ages ago.

I also do IEC cables , with similar cable, but much thicker, with two layers of screening, for AV amps ,DVD, etc. Has a wattgate 320 IEC connector and MK plug. £50 for 1m.

Best thing to do is send him a PM.

    Hope that helps.

    Pemberto

Makes me wonder if there's a gap in the market for cheaper power cables :)

I cannot comment on the mains cables but I had great service from Mark Grant. I would highly recommend him.
