Which one of these two A/V receivers do you think is better?
Is the 11SR a receiver?....I thought the receivers were 1SE, 3802 etc !!
The "SR"s are newer than the "SE"s.
i have the 11sr and i dont think its a receiver
Likewise, I have an 11SR. No AM/FM Receiver. Sorry
No, no. I didn't mean an AM/FM receiver. I mean a "normal" receiver for home theater.
dont mean to be Pedantic but you are going to confuse a lot of ppl describing it like that
Slight confusion here. The american versions of Denons amps are all receivers AVR 4802, 5803, 5800.
The A11SR (4802), A1SR (5803), A1SE (5800) are all amps only, no tuners, hence not called receivers.
Hope this clears this up.
What's a tuner?
It's a fish. Don't you know anything ?
I'd go for the 11sr in every way. AL24 processing trickled down from the bigger models and it sounds lovely.
Well, I don't know.
Many people in USA said that the Marantz SR9200 sounded better than the Denon AVR-5803.
Can someone please tell me what the point of this thread is?
Bloomin well buy one then
