I read very possitive reviews on both these amps which feature roughly the same specs, inputs and features except the Denon AVR-3202 is £200 more expensive (prices are from hifijunkies.co.uk).

I would like to know whether these two amps offer comparable sound quality when compared head to head dispite the £200 difference in price. Or does the Denon AVR-3202 offer noticably better sound quality than the SR-7200 thus making the £200 difference more justified?

IMO after recently demoing both amps the 3802 is better, the 7200 is probably in the same league as the denon 2802 model, which I listed to yesterday also..

If you can afford the 3802 then go for it..but the 2802 will probably do you just as well..
