    Hello every1

    Marantz PM7000 + B&W 602 S3's

I've got the above mentioned setup at the moment (and have had for a number of years) but it has always been at the back of my mind that the amp just doesnt power these speakers well.. I mean when im listening to the tuner or the cd, or even mp3s(via my computer sound card with all turned up to max in my computer volume settings) - I find that i have to pump the volume knob to almost 12 o clock just to get it a bit louder! Even when i want to listen to it at a relatively low level I need to put the volume knob to about 10 o clock.
Anyone else find this? I just don't like having to keep the volume constantly at 10 o clock just to have it at a reasonable level - I'd like an amp that is more sensitive and can be loudish at around the 9 o clock level ... would the NAD C370 be more suitable?
    All comments appreciated!
