I have a Marantz pm4200 with some wharfedale 7.1* speakers. I am looking to buy some new ones.
I am fairly happy with the wharfedales but i would like a bit more detail, and a less abrasive treble.
I have been looking at the Tannoy MX2-m which i would like to audition. I have ruled out Mission as i think they would be too bright. The Wharfedale Diamond series also seem a bit too difficult for the amp to drive as it is only 30wpc.
Are there are any other budget speakers i should consider for ~£150
