Marantz MCR412 Vs MCR612

Hi, I'm interested in one of the Marantz cd\amp\network players - either the MCR412 or MCR612. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of either or both. It looks like the 612 is about an extra £200 in the UK. From what I can see, there are more connection options with the 612 but I'm not sure I'd use any of them - wondering whether the 612 is worth the extra cash.

Any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated.
