Hopefully i am posting this in the right place:

Can anyone help please?

the above stopped connecting to wifi, eventually i connected through a wired connection, i then did a firmware update that is continually trying to update, none of the buttons will do anything at all and the only way i can turn it off is to unplug it.

any help would be gratefully received
Thnks

Try a factory reset if you can get the buttons working after a power cycle.

Factory Reset Instructions
  1. Press the power button while pressing VOLUME + and Volume - buttons together on this unit.
  2. When the power indicator lights, release the all buttons.
  3. “Initialized” appears on the display.
Then try and reload the firmware on a wired connection. Otherwise it is bricked and would need to go back for a repair.

Nothing happening on that front, when I plug it in it says update retry, after a few minutes is changes to updating 1/1 NET (2BL) I have left it doing this overnight but it never updates
