Anyone know when this is launched in the UK. Interesting it doesn't appear to have HDMI only DVI-D. Does this still make it officially HD compatible?

Bludan, I think you are confused. The LC3201 is brand new -Marantz did release a LC3050 a couple of years ago but the new set supposedly is much improved, including being a tru 16.9 rather than the 15.9. It also looks very eye catching dressed all in black unlike the older set's black and silver.

My bad. You are right. The new Marantz LC3201e has a DVi input and is true high def. It also has a built in DVB tuner and comes with detachable speakers that can be hung underneath, hooked on the side or not used if using a surround reciever for all you audio requirements.
