What is the main diference?

I was intending getting the normal spec one but for only 30 quid more seems a bit daft not to get the SE instead. Can anyone hear comment on if it's worth it or not?

Can't really comment - I recently bought the CD5400 (normal) for £100 from Richer Sounds and it sounds pretty fabulous on my system. The electronics tweaks might add some subtle improvements in performance, the feature counts looks the same though.
